Material Forming

Material forming, mainly in metal materials, inorganic non-metallic materials and polymer materials as the main ingredient, through external effects or models shaped mold, etc., in order to obtain rough parts or components required shape, size and quality. When selecting the molding process, the material needs to consider the shape and size of type, performance, parts, working conditions and requirements, production volume and manufacturing costs, and other factors in order to achieve technically feasible, reliable quality and low cost.

Injection (Injection Molding) means, heat from the melted material injected into the mold cavity pressure, after cooled and solidified to obtain a molded article. This method is suitable for mass production of complex shape parts, one of the important processing methods.
Injection molding process can be broadly divided into the following six stages
Mold, injection, packing, cooling, mold, products removed
Repeating the above process, the products can be continuously produced.
